For investors
An early prototype,
built to test the signal.
Let’s Take Two is a working prototype, not a finished product. We built it lean and shipped it fast to learn one thing: do people actually reach for help in the small, sharp moments of conflict — and does an AI grounded in empathetic communication feel like the right kind of help?
The thesis
Most relationship friction is small, frequent, and unaddressed. Couples therapy is high-stakes and expensive. Texting a friend leaks privacy. We think there’s a calmer middle layer — private, in-the-moment, structured around principles of empathetic communication (inspired by the work of Marshall Rosenberg) — and it can scale.
What this prototype is
A live, end-to-end product loop: pair, share privately, get a translated common-ground summary and one doable next step. Just enough to put it in real hands and watch what happens.
What we’re measuring
Sign-ups, completed pairings, return visits, and qualitative pull from early users. Not vanity metrics — evidence that the moment-of-conflict use case is real and worth building deeper.
What the round funds
A small founding team, deeper tuning of our empathetic-communication model, a richer mobile experience, and our first iteration on make-up offers. Enough runway to turn early signal into a defensible product.
Where we are
- • Live prototype, available to anyone
- • Pre-revenue, pre-seed
- • Raising our first round
- • Founder-led, building in the open
